We build the system accreditation bodies deserve.
Codeaex builds AMS — a platform for the organizations that certify, inspect and train. Not a repurposed project tracker with compliance vocabulary bolted on, but a system designed around how accreditation actually works.
Why we built it
Because the spreadsheet always wins — until it doesn't.
Most accreditation programs run on a shared drive, a handful of spreadsheets and the memory of whoever has been there longest. It works, right up until an auditor asks how a decision was reached, or the person holding the thread leaves.
AMS exists to make that record hold together: registers with the evidence attached, applications that carry their own history, assessments where findings live against the case, and certificates that reconcile with the decision that produced them.

A generic workflow tool can model anything and therefore models nothing well. We build for accreditation specifically.

Quality staff should be able to read a case without a tutorial. If a screen needs explaining, the screen is wrong.
Governed by default
Isolation, permissions and audit trails are not enterprise upsells — they are how the product works from day one.
Honest about fit
If a cheaper plan serves you, we say so. If we don't do something you need, we say that too.
