Getting started.
Starter is the people layer: assessor and trainer registers with schemes, roles, competence records, photos, CVs and document attachments. It does not include applications, assessments, certificates or invoicing — those unlock with Professional.
Workspaces are provisioned by the platform team and the administrator is invited by email. They verify access, set their own credentials, and the workspace is live. No shared passwords ever change hands.
No. Every organization operates inside its own controlled workspace. Records, documents and audit trails are scoped to that workspace, and access inside it is governed by role permissions.
Yes. Schemes, clauses and scope tables are configurable, so the platform reflects the standards you already work to rather than forcing a generic project structure onto your program.
Evidence stays attached to the case it belongs to — application, assessment, assessor or trainer — with review state and history preserved, so an audit can be reconstructed from the record.
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% against the monthly rate on Starter and Professional. Enterprise is quoted against your operating requirements.

Yes — assessors get a self-service workspace where they maintain their own professional records, see their assignments, and submit the evidence behind their competence. It keeps the register current without your admin team chasing paperwork.
Schemes, clauses and scope structures are configurable, so applications and assessments are worked in the shape your standards define rather than a generic checklist.
Access is withdrawn at the account level, but everything that person recorded stays on the case. The audit trail keeps the attribution intact so the history remains reconstructible.
The platform is built on a documented backend API. If you need programmatic access for reporting or integration, raise it with us and we will scope it against your plan.
The platform runs on managed infrastructure with regular backups. Enterprise agreements can specify retention and recovery commitments in writing.
Yes. Migration is part of onboarding — registers and open cases are brought across with their evidence and validated against your records before cutover.
